When you fill out the contact form we collect your name, company, country, email, phone and your message. The MR³ Index runs in your browser: your answers are not sent to our servers unless you choose to copy them into the contact form.
Guide download
When you download the practical guide we collect your name, email, company, country, company size and industry. We use them to send you the guide and a single follow-up email asking how applying it went. We only send you new articles and tools if you check that box. You can opt out at any time.
Site measurement
We use a cookie-free analytics tool that counts visits and actions in aggregate (for example, how many people complete the self-assessment or download the guide). It does not identify people or store your answers.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, schedule a diagnostic and follow up on related business. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
With the providers that let us run the website and email (web hosting and email services), who process the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as a business relationship exists or until you ask us to delete it.
